This is the first and only pilgrimage in India where, every year on the occasion of Shivaratri, marriages of underprivileged or orphaned girls from all sections are arranged through donations received in the donation box.
Since 2020, Bageshwar Dham has been conducting weddings for destitute and helpless girls from needy families. With the number of girls growing every year, in the year 2025 Bageshwar Dham organized the wedding of 251 Girls out of which 108 girls belonged to tribal families. The target is to reach 1008 girls on a yearly basis.
During these celebrations, Guruji takes on the role of a father, taking on all the responsibilities involved in marrying a daughter. The couples are showered with plenty of gifts which vary every year and contain household items, jewellery, motor cycles, refrigerators etc. Guruji, himself goes around the world giving invitations to people to attend this event. The Kanya Vivah is attended by devotees from over the world including politicians, businessmen and celebrities.

This grand wedding ceremony was held on 26 February 2025, in which 251 girls were married. Out of these, 108 girls were from the tribal community and the remaining 143 were from other weaker sections. The economic condition of the families was checked through a well-organized selection process, so that the assistance reached only those who really needed it.
The number of marriages rose to 151 in the year. Each bride was gifted with items necessary for household life such as furniture, electronic gadgets and even motorcycles.
The marriage ceremony was further expanded in which 125 girls got married. The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan graced the event with his presence.
In the year 2022, the marriage of 108 girls was completed with the help of devotees and donors. This initiative is a reflection of the concept of Bageshwar Dham which is dedicated to the upliftment and spiritual awakening of poor families.
In the year 2021, with the cooperation of Naugaon community and devotees, a dignified mass marriage of 51 girls was organized.
In the year 2020, the marriage of 5 girls was organized on Shri Ramlila Manas stage by Naugaon Agrawal Samaj and social worker Kumari Tripti Kathail and her team.
In the year 2019, the first mass marriage ceremony was organized in the premises of Bageshwar Balaji Temple in which 17 girls got married. The aim of this initiative is to provide a respectable marriage ceremony for the daughters of underprivileged families.
