Kanya Vivah
In the year 2020, Bageshwar Dham started the ritual of getting poor and orphaned girls married on the day of Mahashivratri. This is an annual event attended by people from all over the world

Started in the year 2020, through the Ma Annapurna kitchen more than 10,000 meals per day are served to the people visiting the Dham. This service is absolutely free of cost.

We have often seen Temples in hospitals but now a Hospital will be made in a Temple. Bhoomipujan for a hospital made for affordable Cancer Treatment was done on 10th May 2025.
Shri Bageshwar Dhan Sanatan Math
On 14 April 2025, Bageshwar Dham opened Shri Bageshwar Dham Sanatan Math in Mumbai, Maharashtar. The first Dham outside of Madhya Pradesh.
