30 minutes - Bandhan/Paash Bodh

In this stage, one sits quietly and listens to Maharajji's words and introspects under his guidance. This process brings out the negative energy buried in the conscious-subconscious. This is the most difficult stage of the process. The sensitivity of the seeker is found to be very high in this stage 2 and the upcoming stage 3 of the process. Many seekers experience sadness and guilt due to negative energy, memories, emotions etc., which is normal and seekers are suggested to accept all kinds of emotions.

30 minutes - Kosha Prachhalan/Kosha Shuddhi

This is the most powerful stage of the process. In this, Beej Mantras created by Maharaj Ji are chanted. This chanting is done with a special action which is directed by Maharaj Ji himself. This destroys all the negative energy present in the inner being of the sadhak and prepares the body to be filled with new energy.

15 minutes - Dev Tratak/Tratak

Tratak is a form of yoga in which the practitioner sees his Ishta in the lamp light. This process gives physical and mental peace as well as makes the subconscious stable and devotion oriented. This process is like getting new energy and blessings from your Ishta by directly contacting him.

15 minutes - HaasRaas

In the last stage, the sadhak is made completely blissful. Laughter is made loud and clear in this. Laughing fills the sadhak with enthusiasm emotionally, physically and mentally. For the sadhaks, it is an experience of talking with Maharaj Ji like friends, which makes this camp unforgettable.
